  • At this time, Gene's Pest Control - Kits and Supply ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States All orders should be shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. A working day is Monday-Friday before 2:00pm eastern standard time. All orders will be shipped UPS. Some products mat not labeled for use in some states. If you order a product that is not labeled for your state you will recieve an email notice telling you we cannot fulfill that portion of your order. We will issue a refund for that part of the order

You must contact the company before you return any product and receive an RMA number. After we receive the merchandise we will refund your money minus shipping and handling charges. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the products back at there own cost. All products must be new and unopened.
